Malam Pencerapan Bintang @ Bandar Klang

It’s has been 5 years since last stargazing event for public held at Bandar Klang by MCA Bandar Klang Branch. 

President of MCA Bandar Klang Branch, Mr. Foo, said that they anticipate organizing another stargazing event to the members of public since the last co-operation with STARGAZER SCIENTIFIC.  The upcoming public event has gained the big support from MCA Kapar Division (MCA Bahagian Kapar) and the event has been scheduled on 1-March 2008, Saturday from 8pm to 12 midnight at Sek. Men. Keb. Kwang Hua (SMK Kwang Hua), Klang.

“Malam Pencerapan Bintang Bandar Klang” will be officially graced by Selangor State Assemblyman, YB Dato’ Ch’ng Toh Eng. 

8 telescopes will be set up to reveal the sky wonders.  One of the highlights is viewing the ringed planet, Saturn.  Meanwhile, telescope lucky draw would be another focus during the night.  The grand prize is a unit of Orion StarBlast 4.5 EQ Reflector which worth RM1300, with the RM2.00 for each enrolment.

Saturn is back … A Close-Up Watch of Ringed Planet!

More than 5 units of telescope with high magnification will be setup to show the public of the ringed planet, Saturn during its great opposition! 

Date: Saturday. 23rd February 2008

Venue: Subang CREATE Office (near to Old Subang Airport / Transmil aircraft service centre / Selangor Shooting Club)

Time: 7pm – 11.30pm

Admission: FREE OF CHARGE
